Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Earn Tings platform operated by Earn Tings Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas to use Earn Tings. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate accounts that do not comply.
2. One Account Per Person
You may register one account per phone number. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated points.
3. Truthful Responses
You agree to provide honest, thoughtful answers that represent your genuine opinions and experiences. Answers must be your own — do not complete surveys on behalf of others. Responses must be made in good faith and reflect your actual views.
4. Points
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Points may be revoked at the platform's discretion if obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity.
- Points expire after 48 months of account inactivity.
- The platform may modify point values and redemption tiers at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Redemption
- You must complete at least 1 survey before redeeming points.
- Redemptions are processed on Mondays in a weekly fulfilment batch. Allow up to 5 business days after the Monday processing date to receive your reward.
- Redeemed points cannot be reversed once processed.
- Redemptions may be subject to manual review and may be cancelled if fraudulent activity is detected.
- Amazon and Visa vouchers are subject to the terms of their respective issuers.
5b. Response Quality Standards
We reserve the right to reject survey responses that do not meet quality standards, including but not limited to responses that are too fast, submitted from outside The Bahamas, or contain duplicate or nonsensical open-text answers. Rejected responses do not earn points. Repeated quality violations will result in trust score reductions and may lead to account suspension.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in quality violations, including but not limited to:
- Speeding through surveys (completing questions too quickly)
- Straight-lining (selecting the same answer repeatedly)
- Providing gibberish or nonsensical open-text responses
- Using VPNs or falsifying location data
Suspended accounts forfeit all accumulated points.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Deletion anonymises your personal data (name, phone number, GPS coordinates) but retains your demographic profile and survey responses in anonymised form for research integrity purposes. Anonymised data cannot be re-linked to you.
7b. Referral Programme Rules
- Referral bonuses are awarded only after both the referrer and the referred user have each completed at least 1 survey.
- A maximum of 20 referral bonuses may be earned per account.
- Self-referrals, coordinated sign-ups, and other fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and account suspension.
8. Notifications
By creating an account, you agree to receive survey availability notifications via SMS and/or WhatsApp. You may update your notification preferences in Settings.
9. Data & Privacy
Data shared with research clients is always
anonymised and aggregated. Clients never receive your name, phone number, or any personally identifiable information. See our

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Bahamas.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via SMS.
