Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Earn Tings platform (the "Platform"), operated by BahaNext Ltd ("BahaNext", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas to use Earn Tings. By registering you confirm you meet these requirements. We may verify your age and residency and terminate non-compliant accounts.
2. One Account Per Person
You may register one account per phone number. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of accumulated points.
3. The Nature of the Service (Important — Read This)
Earn Tings is a paid research, data, and rewards platform. The core exchange is straightforward and fundamental to the service:
You provide your opinions, demographic information, survey responses, and your consent to the commercial data uses described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. In return, you earn points redeemable for vouchers and rewards.
These commercial uses — including market research, advertising, targeting, retargeting, audience segmentation, data sharing, data licensing, and data sale — are integral to the Platform and are how the rewards you earn are funded. They are not optional. By creating and maintaining an account, you consent to these uses for as long as your account is active. If you do not wish your data to be used in these ways, your option is not to use the Platform, or to delete your account (see Section 9).
4. Truthful Responses
You agree to provide honest, thoughtful answers reflecting your genuine opinions and experiences. Answers must be your own. Responses must be made in good faith.
5. Points
  • Points are not a currency and have no cash value. They are a loyalty tool only. Earning points, and exchanging them for vouchers or rewards, is a privilege offered at our discretion, not a right.
  • Points are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash.
  • Points expire 12 months after they are earned if they have not been used. Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
  • We reserve the right to change, at any time and without notice, the points structure, point values, the number of points awarded for any action, bonus offers, redemption tiers, and redemption thresholds. Such changes may apply to both future and previously earned points.
  • Points may be revoked or forfeited for fraudulent, prohibited, or quality-violating activity, or on suspension or deletion of an account (see Section 7).
  • We do not guarantee any minimum number of surveys, any level of point-earning opportunity, or the continued availability of the rewards programme. Survey availability and earning opportunities may vary or cease at any time.
6. Redemption
  • You must complete at least 1 survey before redeeming.
  • Redemptions are processed in batches; allow reasonable time for fulfilment.
  • Redeemed points cannot be reversed once processed.
  • Redemptions may be subject to manual review and cancelled if fraud is detected.
  • Vouchers are issued and operated by third parties, not by us. We do not control, issue, or guarantee the vouchers, and we are not liable for their validity, acceptance, value, expiry, redemption, or any failure or limitation by the voucher issuer or retailer, including where a voucher has already been used. Vouchers are subject to their issuers’ own terms. Redemption is a privilege offered at our discretion (see Section 5) and is not guaranteed. We do not warrant that the redemption process will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue available reward types and redemption options at any time without notice.
6b. Response Quality Standards
We may reject responses that do not meet quality standards (too fast, from outside The Bahamas, duplicate, or nonsensical open-text). Rejected responses earn no points. Repeated violations reduce trust score and may lead to suspension.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without reason and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. This includes, without limitation, accounts engaging in quality violations such as speeding, straight-lining, gibberish responses, or using VPNs or falsifying location.
On any suspension, termination, or deletion of an account — whether initiated by us or by you — all accumulated points are forfeited immediately and without compensation. We are not obligated to provide a reason, advance notice, or any payment, refund, or voucher in connection with a suspension or termination.
8. Referral Programme
  • Referral bonuses are awarded only after both the referrer and referred user have each completed at least 1 survey.
  • Bonuses are subject to in-app caps.
  • Self-referrals, coordinated sign-ups, and fraudulent referral activity forfeit bonuses and may cause suspension.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. On deletion, we anonymise or remove personal data that identifies you; response data may be retained in non-identifying form. Because the Platform’s rewards are funded by the commercial data uses described in Section 10 and the Privacy Policy, deleting your account ends your participation in the rewards programme. Data already shared, sold, licensed, anonymised, aggregated, or incorporated into datasets, research, or audience segments before deletion cannot be recalled.
10. Data Use and Grant of Rights
By creating and maintaining an account, you grant BahaNext Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to collect, store, use, process, analyse, combine, enrich, share, disclose, license, sell, and otherwise commercialise your survey responses, demographic and profile data, location data, behavioural and engagement data, contact data, and any data derived from them, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:
  • Market, consumer, social, and political research and polling, and providing findings and insights to clients and partners.
  • Aggregation, statistical analysis, and the production of reports, insights, trends, and data products.
  • Building, scoring, maintaining, and activating audience segments, profiles, and inferences.
  • Advertising, marketing, and promotion — sending you, and enabling clients and partners to reach you with, ads, offers, promotions, and sponsored content on and off the Platform.
  • Targeting and retargeting — defining, building, and activating targeted and retargeted advertising audiences, including by matching identifiers with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, and similar) and ad-technology and data providers.
  • Direct messaging as a paid channel — sending survey invitations, partner-brand offers, and sponsored messages via SMS, WhatsApp, email, push, or other channels.
  • Lead generation — identifying and connecting you with third-party offers, products, and services where you qualify.
  • Data licensing, sharing, sale, and transfer — creating, licensing, selling, sharing, disclosing, and transferring data products, audience data, segments, insights, reports, datasets, and contact data to third parties, including research clients, commercial partners, advertisers, data and ad-technology providers, data brokers, and other purchasers.
  • Panel and product services — recruiting you for product testing, sampling, concept testing, mystery shopping, focus groups, interviews, and similar activities.
  • Verification, fraud prevention, personalisation, platform operation and improvement, new product development, legal compliance, and business transfers.
This list is illustrative and non-exhaustive. You consent to any other lawful use consistent with the nature of a paid research, data, advertising, and rewards platform. This grant continues for the duration of your account and, in respect of data already shared, sold, licensed, anonymised, aggregated, or incorporated into datasets or research, survives account deletion. Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
11. Notifications and Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive survey notifications and promotional, partner-brand, and sponsored communications via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and/or push. These communications are part of the service. You may adjust certain notification preferences in Settings; however, because commercial communications are integral to the rewards model, ending them entirely is achieved by deleting your account.
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to BahaNext Ltd. Data products, insights, segments, and datasets we create are the property of BahaNext Ltd.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform, surveys, points, and rewards are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Vouchers and third-party rewards are subject to issuer terms and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BahaNext Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, the points programme, or any reward or voucher, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BahaNext Ltd’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform, the points programme, and any rewards or vouchers shall not exceed the greater of (a) twenty United States dollars (USD 20), or (b) the total cash-equivalent value of rewards you successfully redeemed through the Platform in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bahamian law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of The Bahamas.
14b. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal resolution first. Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@earntings.com and attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. You agree not to commence arbitration or other proceedings until thirty (30) days after providing such notice.
Binding arbitration. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, you and BahaNext Ltd agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, the points programme, or any reward shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration seated in Nassau, The Bahamas, conducted in English under the Arbitration Act of The Bahamas, rather than in court.The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
Individual basis only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction in The Bahamas for matters within the small-claims jurisdiction of that court, or seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property or prevent misuse of the Platform.
Severability. If any part of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to apply, and any claim that cannot be arbitrated shall be brought exclusively in the courts of The Bahamas as provided in Section 14.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by appropriate means (in-app, email, or SMS).
